AZERBAIJAN VISAS:

The following nationals DO NOT require a visa for Azerbaijan for stays of up to 90 days: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Ukraine & Uzbekistan  
For stays of up to 1 month to nationals of Turkey.

AZERBAIJAN visas take a minimum of 5-12 working days to issue in the embassy & are valid for 3 months (stay of 30 days) from the date of issue.

 Our charge includes checking your visa documents, attending the embassy to submit your documents as well as to collect the passport from the embassy once your visa is released. Our fees are inclusive of VAT but does not include your chosen method of return postage.

AZERBAIJAN VISAS:

AZERBAIJAN TRANSIT VISAS:

 Azerbaijan transit visas are required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey to a third country within 72 hours & not leaving the airport transit area, provided holding confirmed onward tickets.

AZERBAIJAN HEALTH:

A reciprocal health agreement for medical treatment exists with the United Kingdom in Azerbaijan. In order to obtain treatment some proof of United Kingdom residence such as a UK passport will be required. Further details are available from www.dh.gov.uk. Theare are no compulsory immunisations in place, however, it is recommended that travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month are up to date with Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, TB, Tetanus, Tick-borne encephalitis & Typhoid.

Malaria is a risk from Jun-Oct in the southern border areas and the Khackmas region of the north.

Azerbaijan has a varied climate, with generally long, hot summers & mild winters in lowland areas. There is very little rain all year. Mountain winters can be severe with heavy snowfalls in the north & west.
