TOGO VISAS:

Citizens of the following countries can visit Togo without a visa:
Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone. 

Nationals of all countries can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 7 days, if they hold a return or onward ticket. Extension of stay is possible for additional 90 days.

TOGO TRANSIT VISAS:

Required by all except those as noted above and those continuing their journey by the same or first connecting aircraft within 24 hours provided holding confirmed tickets and documents for their onward journey.

TOGO HEALTH:

Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required by all. Infants under 1 year are exempt.

Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever.

Risks: Malaria exists all year throughout the country. Rabies.

TOGO WEATHER:

In the south there are two rainy seasons May-Jul & Sep-Oct and two dry seasons Oct-Apr & Aug-Sep. In the north there is one rainy season Apr-Oct and one dry season Nov-Apr.
