to obtain a passport -
First passports:Please note that
as from 1st of June 2007 all applicants over the age of 16 will have to apply
in person for first passports only. An appointment will need to be made with the UK passport agency for an interview. It is with their recommendation that you should allow 6 working weeks for the process to be completed.
For all other customers under 16 years of age, we can apply.Please send us the following completed documentation.
1 application form completed in black ink only which must be countersigned by
a British Proffessional. eg: Doctor, Dentist, Solicitor, Barrister, Director of
ltd company, Pharmacist with degree, MP, Judge, Police officer, Nurse or Civil
Servant.
2 recent passport photos with white background,
1 of which to be signed by countersignature Birth certificate
Please note that passports issued in this category can only be issued with the
fasttrack service (1 week)
Lost
or Stolen Passports: As above plus lost/stolen form from post office.
If stolen a crime report number will be needed by local police. Please
note that passports issued in this category can only be issued with the fasttrack
service (1 week) Passport
renewals: Application form completed in black ink. 2
recent passport photos with white background. Passport which
is due to expire. Second
passport: Application form completed in black ink, countersigned
by proffessional. 2 recent passport photos on white
background, 1 of which to be countersigned. Photocopy of passport Detailed
company letter stating reason for requiring second passport which must state which
countries and dates applicant will be visiting . Please note that
