*Authorisation Letter*
Some countries require an authorisation.
Authorisation is necessary to be obtained from the Foreign Ministries in the respective Country you are visiting.
If you are travelling with a tour operator, most of them do this as a matter of course, and will supply us with it. Although there is often a delay that makes it impossible to issue visas more than 3 - 4 weeks before departure.
You will need to obtain your authorisation before you apply for a visa if you are an independant traveller.
Authorisation times do vary from 3 days to 2 weeks.
Please allow this additional time to the visa processing time before your departure.
*Guarantee Letter*
For tourists travelling with a tour operator a letter of guarantee from them is required. In most cases the tour operator will either send it direct to you or we can arrange it for you direct with the tour operator.
For tourists travelling independently, you will need to show your travel tickets (copies acceptable). Some countries will require proof of booked accommodation.
For Business travellers in all cases will require a letter of Invitation from the business in the country you are travelling to and a letter from your company here stating business reasons, length of stay, company to be visited and that the trip has been funded by them.
*Character Reference*
A character reference can be obtained from your employer or the bank.

Passports:
It is advisable that all passports have at least 6 months validity left to run before departure. Some visas are valid for six months & if you do not have this period available on your passport it could result in a visa refusal.

	This method is not recommended. You will face large queue's during the peak seasons and strains the government resources.
