VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: Zambia, Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Dominica, Fiji, Grenada, Ireland Rep, Jamaica, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Romania, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Samoa, Serbia & Montenegro, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu & Zimbabwe.
TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all except those as noted above and persons continuing their journey to another country by the same or first connecting aircraft within 24 hours providing holding confirmed onward tickets and documents for their onward journey & not leaving the airport. A visa is required for an overnight stop.
HEALTH: There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required.
Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid &, Yellow Fever.
Risks: Malaria exists all year throughout the country. Rabies.
WEATHER: In lowland areas there is no real cool season but with a hotter period between Oct-Feb which is also the rainy season. In the upland areas temperatures are lower. In the higher regions frost is not uncommon especially during the dry period between Apr-Aug. Rainfall mainly occurs during Oct-Mar and is at its height between Dec-Feb.
