VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: Slovenia, United Kingdom , Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Rep, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland Rep, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain & Sweden. For stays of up to 90 days to Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Hong Kong (S.A.R. passport holders), Honduras, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Korea (South), Liechtenstein, Macao (S.A.R. passport holders), Mexico (tourist only), Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City & Venezuela. For stays of up to 30 days to Malaysia. For stays of up to 14 days to Singapore & for stays of up to 90 days to Macedonia, Russia, Serbia & Montenegro & Turkey, provided they are in possession of a permanent residence permit valid for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & United Kingdom . The permit must be valid for more than 3 months as of the day of crossing the border.
HEALTH: Participants of the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC scheme) which allows visitors on short-term stays to other member countries to use the public health care sector for free or reduced-cost medical treatment and emergency care.
There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, TB, Tetanus, Tick-Borne Encephalitis & Typhoid.
Risks: Rabies.
