VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: Seychelles & holders of a Visitor's Permit (issued on arrival, valid for 1 month), provided holding an onward/return ticket, confirmed accommodation & sufficient funds for length of stay.
TRANSIT VISAS: All persons in direct transit must hold a valid onward ticket and if transit requires overnight stop must arrange accommodation in the Seychelles in advance or immediately upon arrival.

HEALTH: Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate if arriving from or travelling through infected areas or for those who have passed through partly or wholly endemic area within the preceding 6 days. The countries & areas included in the endemic zones are considered as infected areas.  Infants under 1 year are exempt.
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Polio, TB, Tetanus & Typhoid.
Risks: Rabies.
WEATHER: Warm and humid temperatures all year round. The year can be divided into two trade wind seasons. The south east trade wind which blows fairly steadily from May-Oct and the North West trade wind from Nov-Apr. The coolest period is between Jun-Aug & the warmest between Dec-Apr. Sudden, short tropical downpours can occur at any time. The wettest months are Dec & Jan.
