TOURIST VISAS
You will need an application form ( which must be typed from www.rusemblon.org), one passport size photograph (thick card type photo), an authorisation letter & vouchers and your passport to apply. Non UK nationals will also need a copy of their travel insurance & a bank statement or utility bill.
EU Visa facilitation agreement comes into force on the 01/06/07. According to its provisions, visa processing fees are changed for the citizens of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia. The fees introduced are: - For all types of visa (including multiple entry) for standard processing time -£25.00 - For all types of visa (including multiple entry) for urgent processing -£50.00 Holders of diplomatic passports of the mentioned countries will not need a visa to enter Russia for 90 days. For all other nationals the visa fees are: Single entry: visa £45.00 + service charge £40.00 Double entry: visa £55.00 + service charge £40.00 Next day express service: single entry £95.00/ Double entry £105.00 + service charge £65.00 Same day express service: Single entry £95.00/ Double entry £105.00 + service charge £75.00

As of 10 January 2007 please visit www.rusemblon.org for the application form. The Consulate will no longer accept application forms other than their own. You will need to type in your details and print the form to send to us.Once you have printed your form please forward to us along with your passport, photograph and invitation. Note: Some Tour Operators will send the invite directly to us so you may not have it to enclose, please check with the Tour Operator you have booked with.
