VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: Niger, Cuba, Finland, Morocco, Norway, Sweden & Tunisia. TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all except those as noted above and persons continuing their journey to a third country by the same or first connecting aircraft within 24 hours without leaving the airport (except nationals of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Rep, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Korea (North), Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan & Vietnam who must continue their journey by the same aircraft). All visitors are recommended to hold a return ticket. All documents require French translation HEALTH: Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required by all. Infants under 1 year are exempt. Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever. Risks: Malaria exists all year throughout the country. Rabies. WEATHER: The dry season is between Oct-May. From Nov-Jan, although dry, a cool & dusty "harmattan" blows from the east. All passports must be valid for six months.
We advise that you obtain your visa before departure. The visa will take 10-15 working days in the embassy ( which is located in Belguim) to issue & is valid for 2 months from the date of issue with a stay of one month.
YOU WILL NEED: Travcour order form, three visa application forms, three passport size photographs, guarantee letter or copy of tickets and your passport to apply.
VISA FEES: Single entry visa £45.00 + agency & shipping fees to Belguim £70.00 + service £35.00 + return postage £7.00 = £157.00 (If two or more applicants the shipping & agency fee to Belguim is reduced to £50.00 per person)
