VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: Residents of Macao, for stays of up to 1 year to holders of Hong Kong Identity Card, Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Hong Kong Re-entry Permit, for stays of up to 6 months to United Kingdom, for stays of up to 90 days to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mali, Malta, Mongolia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, for stays of up to 30 days to Australia, Canada, Chile, India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Namibia, New Zealand, Philippines, Samoa, Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, United States, Uruguay & for stays of up to 30 days to China with valid Macao entry/departure documents, including residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & overseas Chinese.
Visas can be obtained upon arrival.
HEALTH: There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required.
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Japanese B Encephalitis, TB, Tetanus & Typhoid.
Risks: Rabies.
WEATHER: The climate is moderate to hot with high humidity and rainfall during July-September.
