VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: United States, holders of United States Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands passport (except passports issued in Belau), persons travelling under the Guam Visa Waiver Program (G.V.W.P.) ( holders of British passports endorsed "Holder has the right of abode in the United Kingdom" or "British Citizen" or British passports issued to Hong Kong residents, holders of Taiwan documents provided holding a valid passport together with a Taiwan National Identity Card and starting their journey in Taiwan travelling on a direct non-stop flight, Australia, Brunei Darussalam, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Malaysia, Myanmar, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sweden, Switzerland & Vanuatu) provided passengers are travelling on holiday, business or transit for stays up to 15 days & arriving on one of the following carriers: Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Japan Asia Airways, Garuda Indonesia, Guam Mariana Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Japan Air Lines, Korean Air, All Nippon Airways, Northwest Airlines, Air Nauru & Asiana Airline & is holding a signed form I-736 which should be submitted with form I-94 upon arrival & are holding confirmed onward/return tickets to a country/island other than United States or the neighbouring islands of Guam, unless holding proof of residence in that country/island.
HEALTH: There are currently no compulsory vaccinations required.
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Polio, TB, Tetanus & Typhoid.
WEATHER: High temperatures & humidity. The rainy season is Jun-Nov with the altitude and exposure to the dominant winds of each island determining the actual rainfall. The islands are prone to tropical cyclones, the main season being Jul-Nov.
