VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: Fiji, for stays up to 1 month (extension possible to 6 months on application to the Immigration Department) by nationals or citizens of United Kingdom, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Rep, Denmark, Dominica, Estonia, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Grenada, Guyana, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland Rep, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea (South), Latvia, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Mexico, Micronesia, Moldova, Monaco, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Samoa, Serbia & Montenegro, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Tuvalu, Uganda, Ukraine, United States, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Vatican City, Venezuela, Zambia & Zimbabwe.
All visitors must hold onward/return tickets & sufficient funds for length of stay
TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all except those as noted above and persons continuing their journey to a third country within 3 hours without leaving the airport transit area, provided holding confirmed tickets & documentation.
HEALTH: Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate if arriving within 10 days having stayed overnight or longer in infected areas.  All infants under 1 year are exempt.
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, TB, Tetanus &  Typhoid.
WEATHER: Rainy season is between Nov-Apr, the amount varying with altitude and the effect of the southeast trade winds
