Estonia, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Rep, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland. For stays up to 3 months in a 6 month period by holders of passports of the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong (S.A.R. passport holders), Israel, Japan, Korea (South), Macao (S.A.R. passport holders), Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City & Venezuela 4) Holders of passports of South Africa, provided holding valid visas for entry into Latvia or Lithuania
