VISAS FOR CAYMAN ISLANDS

VISAS: The following nationals DO NOT require a visa: British subjects and British Citizens or British Dependent Territories Citizen, Andorra, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Rep, Ecuador, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guyana, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Kuwait, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Portugal, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Samoa, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Tuvalu, United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela & Zambia.
TRANSIT VISAS: Required by nationals of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cuba, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Turmenistan, Ukraine & Uzbekistan. Transit must be to a country other than the point of origin.
HEALTH: Although there are no compulsory vaccinations in place it is recommended that travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month have the following up to date immunisations: Diphtheria, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, TB, tetanus & typhoid.
All passports must be valid for six months.

WEATHER: The islands which lie in the latitude of the Trade Winds enjoy a pleasant climate with the hottest day tempered by north east breezes. During the hottest season of May-Oct temperatures range from 75-95°F.  The cool season is Nov-Apr where the temperatures range between 60-75°F.
