The issuance of tourist visas is based on the invitations of Kazakhstan from licensed tourist companies authorised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (except to citizens of the following countries who do not require a letter of invitation: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland Rep, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States)
KAZAKHSTAN TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all.
KAZAKHSTAN HEALTH: A reciprocal health agreement for medical treatment exists with the United Kingdom. In order to obtain treatment some proof of United Kingdom residence such as a UK passport will be required.
Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate if arriving from infected areas.
Recommended immunisations: Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, TB, Tetanus, Tick-Borne Encephalitis & Ttyphoid.
Risks: Rabies.
