Holders of proof of citizenship issued to residents of Cayman Islands
For stays of up to 30 days to: Holders of British passports endorsed British Citizen or British Overseas Territories Citizen, Alien residents of Canada, UK and USA provided holding proof of Permanent Residence status and arrive directly from country in question & nationals of Andorra, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, Ecuador, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guyana, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iceland, Ireland Rep, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Kuwait, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Namibia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Portugal, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Samoa, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Tuvalu, United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela & Zambia.
Visitors must hold confirmed return or onward tickets and sufficient funds for their stay.
CAYMAN ISLANDS TRANSIT VISAS: Required by nationals of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cuba, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Turmenistan, Ukraine & Uzbekistan. Transit must be to a country other than the point of origin.
CAYMAN ISLANDS HEALTH: Although there are no compulsory vaccinations in place it is recommended that travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month have the following up to date immunisations: Diphtheria, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, TB, tetanus & typhoid.
All passports must be valid for six months.
CAYMAN ISLANDS WEATHER: The islands which lie in the latitude of the Trade Winds enjoy a pleasant climate with the hottest day tempered by north east breezes. During the hottest season of May-Oct temperatures range from 75-95°F. The cool season is between Nov-Apr where the temperatures range between 60-75°F.
