COMOROS VISAS: Visas required by all.Visas are issued to all foreign nationals on arrival.
COMOROS TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all except those as noted above and Persons continuing their journey by the same or first connecting aircraft without leaving the airport, provided holding confirmed onward/return tickets & documentation.
COMOROS HEALTH: Altough ther are no compulsory vaccinations needed we recommended the following immunisations for travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus & Typhoid. Malaria exists all year throughout the country.
COMOROS WEATHER: Warm and tropical with a hot but rainy season from Nov-May and a cooler, dryer season from Jun-Oct. There are significant variations depending on altitude and location, although the average temperature is 25°C.
