For stays of up to 90 days to nationals of Zimbabwe & holders of a re-entry permit
All visitors must hold documents, tickets for onward journey and hotel confirmation
CONGO DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC TRANSIT VISAS: Required by all except those as noted above and persons continuing their journey to a third country by the same or first connecting aircraft within 48 hours without leaving the airport, provided holding confirmed onward tickets & documentation to at least a bordering country & no voluntary stopover is made at the connecting point in Congo Dem Rep.
CONGO DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC HEALTH: Compulsory vaccinations: Yellow fever certificate required by all. All infants under 1 year are exempt.
Recommended immunisations: Cholera, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Meningitis, Polio, TB, Tetanus, Typhoid & Yellow Fever.
Risks: Malaria exists all year throughout the country. Rabies.
CONGO DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC WEATHER: Temperatures & humidity are high throughout the year. Sunny mostly in the southern regions. In the north, the rainy season is between Mar-Nov whilst in the south between Oct-May. Although areas closer to the equator have rain in all months, the small Atlantic coastline is the driest area.
